Are these the big millitary errors that cost Hitler the war?

What probably cost him the war was his delay in implementing Operation Barbarosa, the attack on Russia. Mussolini attacked Greece and was getting beaten, Hitler had to delay the invasion from Spring 1941 to the end of June. By the time Hitler got to Moscow the Russian winter set in and thousands of German troops froze to death. Some Historians believe that if he had captured Moscow he would then have gone on and won the war.
