Hiv in blood...could i be infected if it happened 13 hours ago?

My friends had a party last night. Supposidely three guys hit a guy in the head with a bottle and he was bleeding pretty good. my friend helped the guy up and took him to the hospital. This is a crazy scenario...i know...but i saw my friend today and gave him a handshake. I have a few minor cuts on my hand that have been around for a while. So my question is what are the chances that I got HIV from any blood left over on my friends hand. Also, the handshake was about 13 hours after this incident
