Vasectomy reversal question?

hi, my husband has just been accapted for his application for vasectomy reversal from his doctor by the consultant from the hospital he had the vasectomy in. We are now on the waiting list for NHS. Has anyone else had this done in the UK and if so, was it successful and how long was you on the waiting list and how long after the appointment did it take to have the operation and how long did it take to conceive? thanks
