I need help on a thesis statement for my research position paper that is against Gastric Byp surgery..HELP?

I have to write a 5 page position paper on Gastric Byp surgery and I am taking the position of being against it due to the the short and long term procedural complications... can any one help me on my thesis statement PLEASE?!
