Should i tell him how i feal?

Ders dis guy who i use to really like we both liked each other nd were kind of seein each other 4 a short period. however we stopped as he just started actin lk a complete moron and startin 2 sumtimes blank. der was a stage we couldnt be in same room. but after months we began 2 speak again nd become friends as we have some of the same friends. startin 2 appreciate me more. but sometimes flirts a little with a m8. suddenly i relised i still have fealins 4 him i think nd still lk him.should i tell him or not will it just ruin things??iv tried tellin him through txt but i never do. wot shall i do 4 da best??
