What should i do about this boy, he is deffently...different from any other guy who i've went out with?

So there's this boy,. i met about .....a few months back, he lives by my dad's house so i sometimes run into him. well he told me he i was, quote from him," hot, i mean.....ugh i messed this up, i thinhk you really are beautiful." so we got to know each other and i gave him my # but he didn't call, ever. and i have ran into him a few times&i just found out, he's best friends with my cousin robbie. and i don't know what to do. the next time i see him should i say anything, be mad? try to get his #....i didn't last time. all my friends say i should just forget about it, but i can't. he's the first guy that's ever...had the nerve to be their self around me. so help seriously.
