Hun CUT OUT the middle man......Theres too much my friend said then his friend said... Talk to him directly.. He sounds like hes on a bit of an ego trip asking your friend how much you like him and and for how long in your presence... Also saying that he hasn't a girlfriend when it seems he is romantically involved with another.hmm.. With regards to what you should do dont do anything don't text him again wait until you go riding again and see what happens he may possibly be fond of you but just as a friend for now.. Wait for him to initiate conversation when you see him next see if he mentions the text message... As I said he may like you but unfortunately have reservations because of the age difference 14 is a bit young hun.... Keep it Platonic for now. But be COOL.... Good luck.x
