Cant solve 2nd block puzzle in Zelda twi. prin. I saved game & cant get block 2 back in orig. position.HELP!!?

I read in walk throughs that if you move the #2 block on snowpeak mountain's second block puzzle you cannot solve it - i mistakenly saved the game so blocks don't return to original position if i restart game-soooo...I just keep pushing the blocks aimlessly around but see now way to resolve this connundrum> should I just start over..heaven forbid...
