I have been bombarded over the last 4 months by a company What can I do to stop them. ?

Although I have a spam blocker they still keep coming using fictitious female names. There are many complaints lodged against them on the internet. I have sent replies to them, but it has been to no avail. Got any ideas of how to stop their daily deluge.
