Japans Nuclear issue?

Japan upgraded to a level 5. On a scale of 1-7 7 being to worst. Some reactors are still hot with low water. I would hope they dump sand on it soon, or It could get bad. Already getting chemicals in Sacramento California. Safe levels so far though. But I got a foot of snow last night.
