Managers' skills & plans to uplift the company?
Punchuality, flexibility, prompt respond, economics, new methods to do things, new blood, skilled man-power, know-how about the topic, past experiences refering them and doing things out of that, expert openion, human values, awards & rewards to the result orinted staff, uplifting the staff who cannot come to the expectations, no punishment for the defaulters, persude the staff, Co.op & Co-ordination, stering the organisation in a right direction, taking resposiblities, trusting the sub or Co staff, Managing time, personnals, Money, and the social obligations. Asking the co-staff for quality instead of quantity, no excuses only results. Right means and modes. "Do the best, where better is expected" - this is my thinking. AND WORK THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE to UPLIFT THE COMPANY. Last but not the least having faith in himself and god.
