Should my twin sister sue the doctors?

She had a C-Section on Sunday, & the doctors were rushing to staple her, & she wasn't stapled all the way, & they didn't put her bladder back in properly & thought it was funny, & she had a lot of drainage. Eww...! Creepy just to think about & makes me too afraid to have kids. When she confronted them about it, they acted like they didn't know what she was talking about.
