Two of my birds are fighting?

okay so i have two bitds a lovebird and a nother bird witch i dont know what kind it is but any ways. i have the lovebird in the cage because it can fly and i put the other one on top of the cage. now they wont stop fighting. what should i do to make them get along???? please i neeeeed alot of help
