Wedding venue NYC, reasonably priced?

My fiance and I are looking for a nice venue for our wedding in either Manhattan or Long Island, not extremely overpriced, somewhere that will allow us to bring in all of our own stuff, like caterer, entertainment, etc. We want our ceremony outside, then a tail portion inside while the seats are rearranged, then the reception outside. Any ideas? Also, any NY venues that are nice and impressive, and reasonably priced. THANKS!
