Why do people hate the SEC?

I am an SEC guy and a Gator fan , but the problem people have with the SEC is the fans who act ignorant and do not respect the fact that their is other conferences that play great football , when people realize that good teams would do well in any conference and quit with the superiority complex we as SEC fans have then the rest of the conferences will never like the SEC . GO Gators !
