Help with transitions between paragraphs?

I'm writing an autobiography for school. My first paragraph is about my history and then my second paragraph is about what I like to do in my spare time. We're supposed to add transitions but I don't know what to use since these are such different topics. I have the same problem with the next paragraph trying to think of a transition from what I like to do in my spare time to talking about music. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
