Where should I travel??? *READ*?

That's a hard decision..maybe consider taking the metro and traveling to both within a period of time? But if you do HAVE to choose only one country, I would personally prefer France. I am Irish too, with relatives living there, but since you are an artist, France seems like the best choice. Have fun!!
