Which team has the best defense in the AFC?

Steelers, although the Ravens are ranked #1. I put the Steelers ahead of them though because look who the teams have played. The Ravens have played the Browns and Bengals, not explosive offenses. The Steelers played the Eagles(Texans is probably comparable to the Bengals so otherwise close).
