Ow headache?

i have a abd headache, i mean i jus came from the pool, my friends pool party and i kept jumping in the pool and i would hit the bottom and my nose would hurt, my sinuses and idk wt 2 do i have a big party 2 morow that i canot miss and tylenol might make me 2 sleepy and i have 2 wake up early 2 morow, 6ish
